You train consistently but a specific area won't respond
-
Your core strength has declined and exercise isn't rebuilding it
-
You want abdominal definition or a lifted buttock without surgery
-
Your muscle mass has declined with age
-
You can't train a specific area due to injury or recovery
-
You're on a GLP-1 medication and want to protect muscle mass
-
Fat has replaced muscle in areas you want to change
-
You want a non-invasive treatment that actually builds muscle
-
You want to address sarcopenia as part of a longevity protocol
-
You want to enhance your training, not replace it
-
Your posture has deteriorated and your core isn't supporting it
-
You've lost muscle definition after a period of inactivity or illness

You want measurable body composition change without going under the knife

You're doing everything right in the gym and still not seeing the result you want
What EMSculpt treats
-
Abdomen: definition, core strength, and fat reduction
-
Buttocks: lifting and firming without volume loss
-
Arms: bicep and tricep tone and definition
-
Thighs: inner and outer thigh muscle tone
-
Calves: definition and functional strength
-
Core: deep muscle activation exercise can't reliably reach
-
Sarcopenia: age-related muscle loss addressed directly
-
Body composition: lean muscle to fat ratio improved measurably
-
Lower abdomen: the area most resistant to conventional training
-
Diastasis recti: separation of the abdominal muscles post-pregnancy
-
Flanks: fat reduction driven by the metabolic demand of contractions
-
Functional strength: core and leg strength with measurable real-world benefit
-
Post-surgical recovery areas: muscle maintenance where training is temporarily impossible
-
GLP-1 patients: muscle preservation during active weight loss
-
Metabolic health: lean mass that directly improves insulin sensitivity and biological age

01
We assess your body composition, your goals, and your medical history before anything is agreed. Contraindications including metal implants and IUDs in the treatment area are identified and discussed. The treatment plan, including which areas to address and how EMSculpt fits within your wider protocol, is agreed at consultation.
03
Mild muscle soreness in the treated area is normal in the 24 to 72 hours following each session, consistent with the delayed onset muscle soreness produced by intense physical training. This is a positive clinical sign indicating that the contraction stimulus was sufficient to initiate the repair and hypertrophy response.
02
The EMSculpt applicator is positioned over the treatment area and secured. The session begins at a lower intensity and increases progressively as the muscle adapts.
You will feel powerful involuntary contractions followed by brief relaxation phases throughout the 30-minute session. It is intense. It is not painful.
04
Results develop progressively as the muscle rebuilds with greater density and definition. Visible improvement typically begins at four to eight weeks and continues to develop for up to three months after the final session. Maintenance sessions every three to six months sustain the muscle mass achieved.
