• THE PROGRAMME
A clear baseline, and the time to act on it
Healthspan Foundations turns a comprehensive blood test into a 12-week plan. Your sample is taken before your first appointment, so we spend that consultation on your results, your measurements and what you want from the years ahead.
Together we agree realistic goals for food, movement, sleep and stress. Two video check-ins keep the plan working in real life, and a final in-person review brings it all together in a written report.
• IS IT FOR YOU?
Who the programme suits
THIS PROGRAMME SUITS

— People who'd like to see the same nurse at every appointment
— Existing Juvenology clients who spend time in London
IT ISN'T THE RIGHT FIT FOR
× Anyone who is pregnant
× Anyone looking for a prescription
× New, sudden or severe symptoms. Please contact your GP or NHS 111, or call 999 in an emergency
• BIOMARKER ANALYSIS
What we measure, and why
01
Cardiovascular markers
Cholesterol, ApoB and a once-only Lp(a) test give a fuller picture than a standard cholesterol check.
02
Metabolic markers
HbA1c shows your average blood sugar over the past two to three months.
03
Kidney, liver and blood count
Core markers of how your kidneys and liver are working, plus a full blood count.
04
Thyroid, iron and vitamins
Thyroid hormones, ferritin, B12, folate and vitamin D.
05
Inflammation
hsCRP, a general marker of inflammation that we read alongside your other results.
06
Measurements
Blood pressure, waist and weight, taken at your first and final consultations.
Results usually take about four working days. Blood tests can't diagnose everything, and we'll explain what yours can and can't tell you.

• YOUR CLINICIAN
One nurse, from first call to final review
Every consultation is with Marina Kostadinova-Yankova, an NMC-registered nurse with more than 25 years' experience, a background in cardiac care and an Executive MSc in Longevity from the Geneva College of Longevity Science. Marina founded Juvenology in Maidstone, Kent, and sees London programme clients in a central London consulting room.
Our programmes don't include prescribing. If your results suggest a medicine may be appropriate, we explain why and refer you to your GP.
