• THE PROGRAMME
Midlife brings changes worth understanding properly
Changes in sleep, energy, weight distribution, skin and cholesterol are common in midlife. Over 12 weeks, Marina works with you one-to-one to understand your results and agree a plan for food, movement, sleep and skin that fits your life.
This is a wellbeing and lifestyle programme. It doesn't include menopause treatment or prescribing. If a medical treatment may be appropriate, we explain why and refer you to your GP.
• IS IT FOR YOU?

• BIOMARKER ANALYSIS
What we look at, and why
01
Cardiovascular markers
Cardiovascular risk changes around menopause, so we look at cholesterol, ApoB and a once-only Lp(a) test.
02
Metabolic markers
HbA1c shows your average blood sugar over the past two to three months.
03
Iron, thyroid and vitamins
Ferritin, thyroid hormones, B12, folate and vitamin D.
04
Hormone markers
Interpreted mainly for women under 45, or where the picture is unclear, in line with NICE guidance.
05
Measurements
Blood pressure, waist and weight at your first and final consultations.
06
Skin and daily habits
Sun protection, sleep, strength and nutrition are part of your written plan.
Results usually take about four working days. Blood tests can't diagnose everything, and we'll explain what yours can and can't tell you.
