We talk before anything else. Filler is precise, learning your anatomy and what you want to achieve is everything.

Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and extreme heat for 24–48 hours. Some swelling and bruising is normal.

I work slowly and methodically, using a cannula or needle technique, checking symmetry and your comfort throughout.

I see you back at two weeks to review your results. Minor adjustments can be made at this point.
