Deposits & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment please give us 48 hours’ notice. We cannot refund or transfer your deposit without 48 hours’ notice. This is because it doesn’t give us sufficient time to fill the slot.

Treatment appointments: For some treatments in order to secure your appointment slot we require a £50 deposit towards the cost of treatment. The deposit will be taken out of the cost of your treatments or If you decide not to go ahead, it will be refunded upon request.

Consultation appointments: Consultation appointments are standalone slots (usually 15 minutes) in which the client and the practitioner discuss treatment but none is carried out. Your deposit will be refunded upon request (or carried forward) as long as 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation/amendment is given.

Refunds of deposits can take up to a few weeks.

Our store is offering free delivery within UK and free return within two weeks from the purchase date for unopen items.
